Michael I recently saw a series of discussion regarding this "eskimos" studies at another paleo blog. There is no question about its superiority but the main drawback is the onset of osteoporosis. This is the reason I guess why people should not get into an all meat diet. What is your take on this? I do remember however the Mongolians. The Mongolians almost rely 100% on animal base diet to survive but they are also heavy dairy users in particular mare's milk. I can logically conclude base on my small knowledge that the Mongolians do not suffer the osteoporosis onset even being in an all meat diet is because of the milk drinking. I find this "Eskimos Osteoporosis" idea fascinating because it seems to give the vegetarians some ammunition for their agenda.

I think you mean you can't just eat protein or you will die. True. The Eskimos ate a diet that often ranged close to 80% fat. And the fat content of many meats is rather well known and often given as a reason to not eat very much of them.
